About us
Petrolia SE (‘Petrolia’ or ’the Company’) has two business segments: exploration & production (‘E&P’) and OilService. The Company owns a group of leading rental equipment companies for the global oil industry. It also owns 49.9% of Petrolia NOCO AS, an independent oil & gas company approved as an Operator on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Petrolia SE is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker code PSE.
Exploration & Production
Petrolia SE holds 49.9% of the share capital of Petrolia NOCO and is the main shareholder. Petrolia NOCO’s focus is on contributing to the energy transition through finding more oil and gas in prolific areas of the Norwegian continental shelf in order to maximise utilisation of existing infrastructure in a sustainable way and create next generation value. The objective is to create value through innovative and cost-efficient exploration by challenging underexplored play models and discovering more resources in near-field core areas on the Norwegian continental shelf.
OilService
IOT Group is an international service organization within the oil & gas industry that also offers services to geothermal, water wells, mining and CO2 projects.
With products & services ranging from fishing tools to drilling equipment, IOT Group is capable of serving customers all over the world from operational centres located in the most important oil and gas logistics hubs.
Thanks to the global nature of our business and our many years working in international markets, IOT Group has gained considerable knowledge of most aspects of export documentation, regulations and procedures, which in turn guarantees total customer satisfaction.
