The Group’s involvement in oil services began with the acquisition of Independent Oil Tools AS ('IOT') in 2007. Since then, it has developed into a leading international equipment rental group with a global presence.
IOT currently owns equipment valued in excess of 275MNOK, including drill pipes, test strings & tubing, casing, handling & auxiliary tools and other equipment. It also services equipment and provides an inspection and maintenance service. It is NS-EN ISO 9001 Certified and registered on the Achilles Supplier Database.
The IOT Group benefits from an excellent track record of availability, technical compliance, experience and performance. It has a well-established, large, international client base, including a portfolio of contracts in place with numerous major oil service companies, oil companies and drilling companies.
